ABB semiconductors company had a talks with ARIM on the issue of IGCT's researching and development on the Nov.1st,2001. Later, the president Mr.Kurt of ABB semiconductors exchanged and signed a technological agreement with the general manager Mr. Ge Gang of ARIM.


The president Mr.Kurt and his delegation had a conference on the issue of research and development of IGCT with ARIM.
